my latest somewhat finished work of art shall have its own journal entry, as well: the 3D movie created in blender for my advanced electronic art class. tragically, it seems that in order to get a job in 3d animation, i will have to learn a program that actually costs money and that is actually used in the film industry. (or so a job-seeker mentioned in class one day.)

anywho, i worked most of the semester on that piece, and it is page 1 of 16, and sound is the biggest issue. i need to get myself a microphone so i don't have to compete with the class mic and fight with settings that the professionals know how to use. i am not a sound artist, much as i would like to be. and sometimes technology is just horribly rebellious.

ok i don't think i'm actually writing aught pertinent because i don't know what to write. just giving the semiannual journal update.
